Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (Computer Science) or equivalent. A
Master’s in Business Administration is an added advantage.
Technology Exposure:
Agile development methodologies, JIRA,Writing BRDs, FRDs, HLDs, ERDs, scoping documents, and wireframes, Documentation and diagramming for BRD, HLD, and ERD work.
Competencies:
Strong ability to capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications, with hands-on experience composing BRDs, HLDs, and wireframes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client interactions independently.
Job Responsibilities: ● Capture and document business requirements and convert them into system development specifications (BRD, FRD, Scoping, Wireframing).
● Compose Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
● Collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
● Assist in client discussions, map their business needs into system features, and ensure no scope creep occurs from capturing to delivery.
● Work with the technical project team to track functional progress and escalate issues to the program manager or architect as needed.
● Conduct pre-UAT testing, internal progress reviews, and assist in client training.
● Ensure bug-free, timely delivery of projects by working with developers and architects.
● Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide client support during the handover process.
